Reflective Practice for Professionals

Most health professions, and many other professions have practice standards that many include a component of reflective learning to promote professional development.

Reflective practice transforms experience into learning, helping professionals refine their skills, improve decision-making, and stay aligned with industry standards—ultimately enhancing both personal growth and professional success.

This workshop explores the history of reflective practice, the reasons behind these professional expectations, and provides the tools to help you get started on your Reflective Practice journey.
